Plug in the flash drive you wish to erase U3 from;

Click on the link above for the uninstaller executable &save it to your computer in a place you'll remember;

Once it downloads, double click the file to run it.

It's pretty straight forward from that point. You will get lots of warnings that the process is permanent (oh darn), but just keep trucking along.
